The Founder

Priyanka Goje

I'm a Computer Engineer who became an International Yoga Instructor — certified with a 900-hour TTC from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, and an RYS 500 international certification.

I started practicing yoga in college and never stopped. Over the years I noticed something missing: most yoga spaces weren't built for women like me — women juggling careers, families, chronic stress, hormonal shifts, and a deep desire to feel well.

As a mother of twin boys, I understand firsthand that self-care must fit into real life. Swastha Nari was created to bridge that gap — classical wisdom, structured like an engineer, designed for the modern woman.
